That’s our claim to fame here in
Yankeetown. Back in 1961 Elvis
used many of our local natives as
extras in “Follow That Dream”.
By all accounts he enjoyed his stay
here and treated the town folk like
family. Each year,bus loads of
Elvis Fans come to visit the movie
locations on our own
Follow That Dream Parkway.
